EDGE signed two MoUs in November 2026 to advance unmanned surface vessel (USV) development and engine integration. The first agreement involves EDGE Europe and Novamarine, combining Italian-built platforms with an autonomous control system from EDGE’s Technology Innovation Institute (TII). The second MoU focuses on integrating CMD’s Italian-designed engines into vessels built by Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB). These partnerships aim to strengthen cooperation between EDGE’s European and UAE-based entities in naval shipbuilding and autonomous maritime technologies.
